What a great week of workouts and the kids are feeling great! We are excited about the start of the championship season. This Wednesday, the County Championships are at Centennial High School, come support your athletes! They have worked hard all season long.

Thursday: No Practice
Objective: Rest, Recover, Easy Run on your own or with your teammates and post to Strava
Friday: 3:00 – 4:30pm @ RHS
Objective: Fun Run (Photo Scavenger Hunt)
Saturday: 7:30am – 9:45am @ River Hill HS
Objective: 1k Repeats and Previewing the Regional Course
