XC 2023:  Week 11 Update

We had a great week of training.  The feedback from the athletes is that they are feeling better and better each day!  We love hearing that!

We had a meet at Atholton last week and we had quite a few really good performances!

Indoor Track & Field Meeting at 7:30am

Thursday:  3:00pm – 4:30pm @ RHS
Objective:  Easy Run

Friday (No School):  ON YOUR OWN or with your Teammates
Objective:  Easy Run/Recovery Run

Saturday:  7:30am - 9:30am @ Centennial HS
