Wednesday:  1k Tempo Intervals

2:30pm – 4:30pm

Thursday:  Easy Run Day

2:30pm – 4:30pm

Friday:  Easy Run Day

2:30pm – 4:30pm

Saturday:  Centennial HS (KEY WORKOUT)***

800m efforts – quick on the last 800m on the course! 

If you plan on racing at Centennial in Counties or Regionals, you need to attend this workout.

9:00am – 11:00am

Special NOTE: 

I have the opportunity to run with a number of High School teammates in a Ragnar relay this weekend in Raleigh, NC.  We will be running from Raleigh, NC to Atlantic Beach (206 miles).  I will be running 3 legs totaling 15 – 16 miles.  My first leg will be around 8pm Friday Night, my second  leg will be around 1:30am Saturday Morning and my last leg will be around 10:30am Saturday morning. 

I’ll update my Strava as often as I can so you can see how we are doing. 

The reason I am letting you know is because I will not be in town Wednesday thru Sunday. 

I have coordinated with all of the coaches and there will be Coaches with you at every practice. 

Wednesday:  Coach Gessler, Coach Rhys and Coach Eric will be there

Thursday:  Coach Gessler and Coach Rhys will be there

Friday:  Coach Laura and Coach Rhys will be there

Saturday:  Coach Rhys will be there

I expect that all athletes will be ready to go, on time and listen to instructions. 

We are preparing for the County and Regional Championships and your actions, attitude and work ethic should reflect that! 

You can still send all emails and remind messages to me.  I’ll forward them to the appropriate coaches on the day!
