Upcoming Meet Information:
Snack Box Help
Here is a copy of our team schedule. PRINTABLE TEAM SCHEDULE HERE (CLICK HERE)
For all of our meets will like to provide water, Gatorade and our famous snack box. If families signed up to help with a few items, will have no issues covering all of the items.
This year, special thanks to Ms. Ellinghaus, you NOW have two avenues to help with the snack box.
Option 1. You can sign up for the item(s), purchase the item(s) yourself and then drop them off with Ms. Ellinghaus or Griffin at a practice prior to the meet. Non-perishable items can be done whenever. However, we ask for the perishable items be done closer to the meet day.
Option 2. You can sign up for the item(s) and then venmo or cash app the stated amounts to Ms. Ellinghaus. For example. If you sign up to bring bananas, you can send $6 per banana bundle to Ms. Ellinghaus. If you sign up to bring 3 bundles, that is $18.
Ms. Ellinghaus’ Electronic Methods:
Venmo: @Debbie-Ellinghaus
PayPal: @DEllinghaus
It is very important that you note within the COMMENT Section of the sign up genius, that you state that you are sending funds electronically.
If you wish to send Cash or Check (Payable to Debbie Ellinghaus), be sure to send that in an envelope and be clear about what the funds are for. Also state this on UNDER the comment section.

Pasta Dinners:
We need a Pasta Dinner for Patriot Invite and Howard County Championships. The dinners would be on October 10 and October 22. Let us know if you can host.
-
- Dinner for 30 – 40 kids. Not everyone will attend, but we will always try to get you head count prior. A basic salad is also a good option.
- A Vegetarian option is usually needed.
- Athletes will bring snacks, drinks and desserts.
- The Pasta Dinner is usually hosted the evening before the meet.
- Just let me know what meet you would like to host and I will include your name below the meet. This is on a first come first serve basis.
Team Trip to New York:
September 28 – 29 is our Over Night Trip. This is our Annual Team Trip. This year we are taking a trip to New York. The location of the meet is in Middletown, New York. The name of the farm is called “Twin Ponds on the Farm” and the meet is the New York State Night Time showcase.
We will leave on a Saturday morning and Return Early Sunday afternoon. The actual evet will take place in the evening hours of Saturday and the athletes will run under the lights in a unique cross country experience.
We would like to bring as many athletes as possible. The estimated cost of the trip is around $150. You will have an online option to pay using debit or credit. You can also pay in cash or via check (payable to RHS). Please do not send any money until a final field trip form is sent out.
I SENT OUT an Interest form last week. I need those returned ASAP.
If money is a concern, please let me know. I want to help if it means it helps a student athlete attend the trip.
I still need forms back from the following:
Khan, Maheen
Zecharias, Abigail
Cooley, Dexter
Hooks, Evan
Hopkins, Braden
Ko, Elijah
Song, Cheren
Vo, Tam
