Week 11 Update

Good Morning.,

Championship weeks are among us.  This means that parents and athletes all need to be on the same page.  Early to bed with a full 8 hours of sleep.  Minimize late nights of any kind.  3 meals full meals a day with snacking.  Lots of Hydration.

Monday:  No School due to the Diwali holiday.  Athletes were given a run and a light track workout to complete on their own.  This should have been uploaded to Strava by the end of the day Monday.

Tuesday:  Practice 2:45pm - 4:15pm.  Easy Run.

Wednesday:  County Championships.  The Meet Line Up will be posted later this evening along with the Top 12 teams from Fantasy Cross Country.

Thursday:  Practice 2:45pm - 4:15pm.  Easy Run.

Friday:  Practice 2:45pm - 4:15pm.  Easy Run.

Saturday:  Practice @ River Hill HS 7:30am - 9:30am.
