Please take a moment to READ:
- If an athlete is sick, or has been sick within the last 24 hours, please notify a coach or keep them home.
- If an athlete is recovering from being sick, they may feel well enough to attend school, but they may not be ready to return to practice. The athlete needs to communicate with a coach prior to the start of or at the beginning of practice.
- Tuesday, October 15: There is no practice. This is a Wellness Tuesday.If an athlete needs to rest due to not feeling well, we are giving the athletes the option of either taking a day off or going for a run on their own. They simply need to communicate their choice to Coach Rogers.
A run is highly encouraged and preferred, but we also want the athletes to make a decision based on their health.
Runs should range from an minimum of 30 minutes to no more than their Groups suggested amount below.
Group 1: 38 min
Group 2: 35 min
Group 3: 35 min

The Cross Country team is responsible for manning the Concession stand at the home football game. We need 8 volunteers from 5:00pm – till the end of the game.
