We have our team event at Top Golf tomorrow from 11:30am - 2:30pm.
I am super excited that a lot of the team wants to go! That is what these events are all about! Bringing the team together!

- Transportation:
I am sure there will be people who need rides. Please try to coordinate rides yourselves via phone calls, group me and text messaging. I will send out a message this evening around 7:30pm to see who still needs a ride. I will help coordinate those who still need help! Please talk with each other and be supportive teammates of your teammates.
Parents that drive you are welcome to join us if you want to play golf or sit and watch.
You can use this spreadsheet to coordinate who is riding with who. I ONLY want this document being edited by the DRIVER of the Car. Passengers should be filling in this form. Carpool Spreadsheet
- Arrive by between 11:30am – 11:45am. If you do not see me, the front desk can tell you where “Reservoir High School” is located. We will hang out in the lobby till around 11:50 or so!

NOTE: If you need to get a ticket to park, bring the ticket into TOP GOLF and they will validate it before you leave. You will not have to pay to park.
- Food and Drinks:
Everyone will have access to water, Ice tea and sodas.
There will be a veggie tray/snack tray at each bay.
There will also be queso and chips
Mac and Cheese Bites
Flat bread pizza
Wings
There is a full menu available, but anything not listed above would be at your cost.
- The event itself. Each BAY will have up to 6 players. Think about who you want in your group! At each bay you can decided the type of games you can play. Here is some more information for you. https://topgolf.com/us/play/games/
All of our bays will be next to each other. Currently we will have 5 bays. If we need a 6th bay, we will get that to accommodate everyone!
