Reservoir XC Families,
I am super excited to share, that Thursday is the Regional Championships Day, but we will also get the opportunity to run the rest of our team in a team time trial after the Awards Ceremony. So, all our athletes will get a chance to toe the line on Thursday at River Hill.
Here is the plan for the Day on Thursday:
1:15pm Early Dismissal on Thursday
1:30pm Bus Departs Reservoir for River Hill
2:00pm All athletes will start the course walk. Boys Varsity warms-up at 2:30pm. Rest of team continues on the course walk until completion.
2:30pm Coaches Meeting & Boys Varsity Starts to Warm-Up.
3:10pm Girls Varsity Warm-Up
3:30pm Boys Varsity Race
4:10pm Girls Varsity Race
4:45pm Remainder of the team begins Warm-Ups
5:00pm Varsity Boys and Girls go to Awards Ceremony
5:45pm Remainder of team starts time trial. Varsity Athletes help pace, support, cheer, etc.
6:30pm Clean-Up the Course (Cones/Flags)
6:45pm Dismiss Team
