HAPPY SPRING BREAK!

Enjoy some down time, but make it a point to GET BETTER over the break.

If you are in town, it would be awesome to see you at practice.  

If you are not in town, find a track, a sidewalk, a parking lot, etc.  If you need help doing something at home, or on vacation, I can help!  Reach out!

Tuesday:  Practice at Reservoir, 9:00am - 11:00am 
Wednesday:  DAY OFF, NO PRACTICE, REST DAY
Thursday:  Practice at Reservoir, 9:00am - 11:00am 
Friday:  Practice at Reservoir, 9:00am - 11:00am 
Saturday:  DAY OFF, NO PRACTICE, REST DAY
Sunday:  DAY OFF, NO PRACTICE, REST DAY
