Spring Break 2022

Spring Break is a time to relax and re-energize, but we as athletes need to continue to put in the work!

If you can not make the practice times on the workout calendars (for whatever the reason), make a point to put in the work!  Do the workouts!  Be ready for second half of the season!  Be ready for faster times, longer/higher jumps and farther throws!
