Friday Practice
2:30 – 4:30pm (Interval Workout on XC Course)
Special Notes:
- Group 1&2: warm up starting at 2:37pm, 2 miles.
- All other groups start at 2:45pm and run 1 mile.
- Both groups meet over at Lime Kiln Basketball Court
Saturday Practice: NO OFFICAL PRACTICE however you must complete a Moderate Distance Run.
Group 1: 9 miles
Group 2: 6 miles
Group 3: 5 miles
Group 4: 5 miles
Group 5: 4 miles
Suggestions for your RUNS:
#1: Come Support the “EVERY STEP COUNTS Autism Walk & Run 5k.
NO RACING… just go for an Easy Run with your teammates. Support the Cause and have fun!

#2: Meet at Wincopin or another designated location at 9am and run together.
Regardless of where you meet, try to run with your teammates
If you are taking the SATs you still need to get in your run.
ALL Athletes must post run to Strava to be eligible to run at Frank Keyser on October 9th.

Monday: Long Run (Practice from 2:30 – 4:45pm)
Tuesday: Easy Run (Practice from 2:30 – 4:00pm)
Wednesday Home Meet and Senior Day
- Special Notes: Meet starts at 4:30pm (Boys) and 5:00pm (Girls)
- We will Honor the Seniors AFTER THE MEET with a little presentation, snacks, drinks, etc.
Thursday: Easy Run (Practice from 2:30 – 4:00pm)
Friday: Easy Run (Practice from 2:30 – 4:00pm)
Saturday: Frank Keyser Invite (Depart RHS @ 11:15am and return home around 5:00pm)
