Parents and Athletes,
Here is a quick email:
- Friday, we are giving all students athletes the day off from official practice.
- All sprinters in the County Championships: Stretch, Rest, Foam Roll, and Hydrate. DO NOT LOOK AT A TRACK TODAY!
- All sprinters not in the County Championships: Please complete the workout posted in on the workout doc online: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FlLBT_9ELwmc7pwK665wX8gp8WwVToNvxyPzwLjqEI8/edit?usp=sharing
- Distance Runners: Do what Coach Gessler told you to do, any questions contact him.
- Throwers: REST, stretch, REST
- For Saturday’s County Championship:
- Please be sure to dress appropriately. It will be cool and raining. Bring warm clothes and rain clothes. Bring a trash bag to keep your stuff in so it stays dry.

- Make sure you fill out the transportation link for the meet in order to go. Entries are due by Sunday night. Please do the link ASAP!
- Saturday, June 5th: 9th and 10th graders. IF YOU CAN NOT GO, please email me or text me asap!
- If your name is on the debt list, you will not be eligible to participate in the last few meets. You can either pay online, or bring your funds to me at the meet. Please check your name for a debt.
