This link has the Heat Sheets, time schedule, and order of events. Please be sure to know what time you run, what heat you are in, and what lane.
REMINDER: You must arrive 90 minutes prior to your event.
REMINDER: You must be picked up NO LATER THAN 45 minutes after the last event of the meet. So all athletes must be picked up by 7:40pm or sooner.

Triple Jump Boys (open pit) 2:15pm-3:15
Triple Jump Girls (open pit) 2:15pm-3:15
High Jump: (girls) 2:15pm-3:15
High Jump: (boys) 4:00-5:00
Long Jump: Boys (open pit) 4:00-5:00
Long Jump: Girl (open pit) 5:15-6:15
Shot Put: Boys 2:15pm-3:15
Shot Put: Girls 3: 30-4:40
Discus: Boys 5:00-6:00
Discus: Girls 6:15-7:15
During the meet:
Athletes are not allowed into the stadium unless you are competing.
You must remain in our team area.
Our team area will be in the outfield of the baseball field. LOOK FOR THE TEAM TENT. IT IS BRIGHT ORANGE!
You must keep your masks on.
You may not wonder the campus.
You may not enter the building.
You may not leave campus.
I would bring a Chair for you to sit in (beach chair, folding chair, camping chair, etc).
I would also bring your own water, Gatorade and snacks.
Distance Runners: You can run around campus to warm-up
Sprinters: You will have access to the football field to warm-up.
Bull Pen: This will be on the outdoor basketball court. You can check in 2 events prior to your event. For example. If you are running the 100m dash, you can start to check in during the 4x800m relay. DO NOT WAIT to the last minute. CHECK IN ASAP. Wear both your hip numbers… LEFT HIP, LEFT CHEST.
Rules:
- USE Sanitization Stations & KEEP MASKS ON
- For all events, there will be 2 calls, first and last, be sure to listen and be sure to pay attention to time and event orders so you know when to warm-up and check in.
- No kids in the building
- Check in- (basketball court)
- You can check your Heat & lane on the live results app and on the wall -by the outdoor bathrooms/across from the basketball court
- All Field events will get 3 throws & jumps
- Only the first 4 heats can use the starting blocks (100m, 100H, 100H 200, 400, 300H, Relays)
