- OFFICIAL TEAM LIST: This is the official team roster for the Indoor 2024/2025 season. Thursday's Time Trial, Practice Attendance, & the Parent Meeting Attendance were all considering when making these decisions. If you were cut from the team, you ay reach out to Coach Rogers if you would like to know why you were cut. Regardless of the reason, I hope you will try to earn a spot on the Outdoor Track & Field Team. CLICK HERE
- Monday's Practice Option. If you made the team, we will have practice after school on Monday from 12:00pm - 2:00pm and you have three practice options.
- Option 1: You can run one of the following Time Trial Options:
- Sprinters: 55m Dash and the 200m Dash (see schedule below)
- Middle Distance and Distance Runners: 800m Run (see schedule below)
- Monday's Schedule:
- 12:00pm: Start your Warm-Up
- 12:45pm: 55m Dash or Start your workout
- 1:00pm: 800m Run
- 1:20pm: 200m Dash
- 2:00pm: Dismissal from Practice
- Option 2: You make complete a workout provided to you by your coach.
- Option 3: If you can not make practice due to transportation or vacation, you can still complete your workout provided to you by your coach.

- Option 1: You can run one of the following Time Trial Options:
- Please do not forget to order your Team Spirit Wear, Warm-Ups and your team shorts. If you can, please consider making a donation to the team. Track & Field Spirit Wear, Donation, Page
- Spirit Wear and Warm-Ups are Optional, but if you wish to order them, all orders are due by Monday NIGHT at Midnight.
- Team Shorts: All new athletes and asked to purchase the shorts. You can pay Cash, Check (Payable to RHS) or Pay Online.
- Donations: I would like to bring back Athlete of the Meet for Track & Field. I like to reward athletes with a team shirt that says "Athlete of the Meet" on the back if they had a great and spectacular meet. So all donation would go towards funding this program.
- All athletes are expected to workout over the week. Please do your best to get in your workouts. Our First meet is the Friday we get back (Dec 6). If you are selected for that meet and don't workout, you may not compete to your very best.
