All of the New York Invites have been handed out and we are very excited about the team going to New York to represent the Reservoir Track & Field program.
THINGS THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE:
- Master Team Document: CLICK HERE.
- Hotel/Roommates: I will be finalizing the roommates tonight. This is the last thing I need to finish up.
- Payment: If your name has a RED BOX in the PAYMENT column, I do not have record of your payment. You must pay prior to getting on the bus.
- Friday Lunch (SUBWAY): If your name has an "X" in the SUBWAY COLUMN, you have an order submitted for you.
- HCPSS FIELD TRIP PERMISSION FORM: THANK YOU. ALL PERMISSION FORMS ARE COMPLETED!

Friday Morning:
- Arrive to RHS by 9:45am. Bus leaves at 10:00am and we have a lot we need to do before departure.
- Have you completed your Permission Form prior to loading the bus!
- Have you completed online payment or turned Payment into Coach Rogers.
- Reminder: We will stop and get Subway prior getting on the road.
- If you need equipment: Shots, Locker, spikes, etc, you need to arrive before 9:45am.
- PLEASE PACK WARM CLOTHES. IT WILL NOT BE ABOVE FREEZING at any point. Walking around the CITY WILL BE VERY COLD if you do not have appropriate clothing!
- Familes and Athletes:

- Athletes need to know their Division (Sophomore, Varsity, Novice, Gold Seeded, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Etc.)
- Athletes need to know their Heat and Lane Assignments.
- Field Event Athletes, Need to know their runway/circle and flight number.
