Weekly Schedule (Monday – Saturday)
Monday
We had a great practice today! Today was what we called a Hill Fartlek! In Short, they ran fast up the hills and easy on the rest of the course. Sounds easy but talk to your kids… it is a deceivingly hard workout! They did great!
Breakfast afterwards was a hit! Kids ate, and ate, and ate! Kids watched MacFarland, Without Limits.. both running movies. At some point, the movie switched to K-Pop Demon Hunters and Cars!
Some of the kids moved outside to the trampoline and swings!
We are just glad they had a great time and spent time with their teammates!
