In the meantime, you need to be running daily. Plan your runs, bring yourself back at a comfortable daily mileage.This week is the first week of Summer Mileage, but starting next week, you'll have our summer plan!

I do want us to take part in the the Bullseye Summer training group.So far, all of Howard County's Top XC runners have joined... why not go train with the best in HOCO!
You can come run with the Group 3 days a week, and you can meet up with the Reservoir Folks the other three days of the week! I think this is very important.
We need to push ourselves this summer and get back to doing what we do best! GRINDIN'!
