Important Information about the Howard County Winter Festival
Location: PG Complex
Start Time: 9:30am
End Time (Approx): 5:30pm

A Bus will be provided and will follow this schedule:
Depart Reservoir HS: 7:20 AM
Arrive back to Reservoir HS: 6:15pm – 6:30pm (Approximately)
NOTE: We will have the athletes call/text when we are departing the complex.
Plan to be at Reservoir HS, ready for pick up. Kids will not be able to wait in the building and Coaches will be departing immediately after bus is unloaded.
Self-Transport Rules:
- If you ride the bus to the meet and wish to leave after your events, you simply need to check out with a Coach, and a Parent must check out with you. We cannot send an athlete outside unattended. This is requested but not required to be placed in writing.
- If you wish to self-transport to the meet and then depart after your events have concluded.
- You need to make that request on the meet google doc located on the Meet Information page. You may STILL elect to self transport up until 3:00pm on Friday, December 12th. After the deadline you must ride the bus to the meet
- When you are done with your events, you must check out with a coach prior to your departure.
Saturday Volunteers:
On Saturday, we are asked to provide 4 – 5 volunteers to help with general meet operations.
- Food will be provided
- No Training Necessary.
- Wear Comfortable Clothes
- Parents that volunteer can get in Free and can watch their athlete compete.
- Students that volunteer
- will also get double service hours for helping.
- May also ride the bus to and from the event. But student volunteers must also follow the Self-Transport Rules.
