URGENT WEEK 9 UPDATE

Please take a moment to READ:

  1.  If an athlete is sick, or has been sick within the last 24 hours, please notify a coach or keep them home.
  2. If an athlete is recovering from being sick, they may feel well enough to attend school, but they may not be ready to return to practice.  The athlete needs to communicate with a coach prior to the start of or at the beginning of practice.
  3. Tuesday, October 15:  There is no practice.  This is a Wellness Tuesday.If an athlete needs to rest due to not feeling well, we are giving the athletes the option of either taking a day off or going for a run on their own.  They simply need to communicate their choice to Coach Rogers.

    A run is highly encouraged and preferred, but we also want the athletes to make a decision based on their health.

    Runs should range from an minimum of 30 minutes to no more than their Groups suggested amount below.
    Group 1:  38 min
    Group 2:  35 min
    Group 3:  35 min
    Group 4:  45 min

  4. URGENT: Thursday, OCTOBER 17:

THE BOOSTERS NEED OUR HELP.  WE NEED 3 MORE VOLUNTEERS. Thank you for the current volunteers!
