If you are considering Indoor Track & Field, conditioning practices start tomorrow, Tuesday, October 14th.
They will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 3:00pm - 4:00/4:30pm. Depends on length of workout. They will also only take place on school days. It is encouraged that you do additional work on your own (Core Work, Stretching, Strengthening, etc.).
If you are currently involved in another Fall Sport, that sport should take priority.
All practices are optional.
