Quick NEW YORK TRIP Summary:
What an amazing weekend we had in New York! Despite the rain, spirits were high, and we were running fast! All the athletes were very well behaved and represented Reservoir very well. Athletes followed all team rules and policies while on the trip. Lunch and dinner were a huge success!

Saturday: MDXC Invitational
Meet Information Page
PARENTS and SPECTATOR: VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE MEET THIS SATURDAY:
RUNNER RELEASE FORM - EVERY FAMILY/ATHLETE must COMPLETE
As Shawan Downs is private property and not consistently used for events, the land trust that owns the property has again required us to collect release forms from all runners prior to the meet. This form must be completed electronically by a parent or guardian for athletes under 18 - it can't be filled out by a coach for the entire team. A parent/guardian must fill out this Runner Release FORM- https://forms.gle/ScKHKKMyT9yFn5KL7.
INFO FOR PARENTS & SPECTATORS
From the organizers of the Invitational: We want MDXC to be just as good for the parents as it is for the kids. This year we will be utilizing offsite paved parking & shuttles to mitigate the risk of stuck vehicles on grass if it rains, as well as offering designated VIP and Handicap parking areas. If your team parents are not prepared for this they will not know where to go and will be quite unhappy. We also have food and coffee trucks onsite to make the time they spend waiting for their kid to run enjoyable. We have compiled maps, timelines, and lots of helpful information at https://www.marylandxc.com/spectators.
