We are about 14 hours away from the team trip.
Here are a few reminders:
- Pack for Warm, Cold, and possibly wet conditions.
- Pack a few extra drinks for yourself and a few snacks for bus, before/after meet, etc.
- The team will provide lunch, dinner, breakfast, 2-3 waters per athlete, 2 Gatorades per person, some Gatorade powder packets for individual waters and Gatorade recovery bar for each athlete.
- We will also have our standard snack box available for snacks at the meet.
