Quick Trip Update/Reminder

We are about 14 hours away from the team trip.

Here are a few reminders:

  1. Pack for Warm, Cold, and possibly wet conditions.
  2. Pack a few extra drinks for yourself and a few snacks for bus, before/after meet, etc.
    1. The team will provide lunch, dinner, breakfast, 2-3 waters per athlete, 2 Gatorades per person, some Gatorade powder packets for individual waters and Gatorade recovery bar for each athlete.
    2. We will also have our standard snack box available for snacks at the meet.
