Wednesday Morning: Athletes who ran Outdoor Track and/or Returning Cross Country Athletes are instructed to run what they ran on Monday. Athletes are to upload their run to Strava. Brand New Athletes to the team, are asked to warm-up and do as many of the drills/stretches as they can recall. They are not to run and enjoy a day off.
9:45am Meet at Reservoir in the parking lot adjacent to the track
9:45 – 10:10am Make sure Riders are accounted for and placed into cars. I will collect $25 from all athletes attending. Any parents attending will only need to bring $18.
10:10:am Chat with Drivers about their plan
- Drivers that stay at BD will still have to pay the fee to get in, but the food will be free.
- When you arrive to the gate at BD, identify yourself as Reservoir HS/Cross Country and give them a count of paying attendees (include yourself if you are staying).
- Drivers that simply drop off do not have pay to get in.
- When you pull into the park, there is a small initial parking lot. Park there and unload. Instruct the athletes to walk to the gate house and identify themselves as Reservoir HS/Cross Country.
- I will pay for everyone once I arrive.
- NOTE: If we arrive prior to 11:00am, do not park or wait on the road. There is a Royal Farms. Wait there till 11:00am.
