Weekend Reminders (Oct 15-16)

Friday: 

You are to run on your own.  Same runs at Tuesday and Thursday

Group 1:  30 – 32 minutes (updated per my text message to the guys this morning)

Group 2:  28 – 30 minutes

Group 3:  28 – 30 minutes

Group 4:  25 – 30 minutes

Group 5:  25 – 30 minutes

ALL RUNS need to be updated to Strava.  I need to know if you are not running.

If you aren’t running, you need to contact a coach to explain why regardless if you think we know or not! 

Saturday: 

Practice from 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Come prepared for a Hill Workout.  We will watch the weather.  They are calling for T-Storms, but not till the later part of the day.
