Weekly Schedule for the Week of October 4th – 9th

Monday:  Long Run, Practice 2:30pm – 4:45pm

Tuesday:  Easy Run, Practice 2:30pm – 4:00pm

Wednesday:  MEET

Special Note:  This meet will be a workout for most athletes in preparation for this weekend’s big Invitational.  However, we will be honoring our Senior Athletes after the races/workout.

All Boys:  4:30pm

All Girls:  5:00pm

Senior Recognition:  Approximately 6:15pm

Thursday:  NO PRACTICE

All Athletes Except Group 1 Boys and Group 1 Girls have off for the day.

NO RUNNING

Group 1 boys need to run 3 miles*** easy on their own.

Group 1 girls need to run 2 miles*** easy on their own. 

*** I would encourage you to do this Thursday morning before school so you can maximize recovery

Friday:  Easy Run + Strides, Practice 2:30pm – 4:15pm

Saturday:  Frank Keyser Invite (Itinerary coming out by Wednesday).  Depart RHS @ 11:15am and should return home around 5:00pm)

SPECIAL NOTE: If you are going to miss a practice, you must notify a coach in writing prior to practice. Telling a coach you are going to miss an entire practice, after a practice has started, is not acceptable.
