Weekly Summary Sept 20th

Good Evening Everyone! 

This was such a great weekend for Reservoir Cross Country.

We had 2 top 5 team finishes in the LARGE school division for our varsity teams! 

Lots of fast times on one of the hardest courses in the state of Maryland! 

We are so proud of all the runners! 

Here are a few things I want you to know about this week!

  2. Please fill out the Google Form for the Carlisle Trip.  ALL ATHLETES NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM.  https://forms.gle/FaGPsBA4E5XGR22t5
  3. Wednesday’s Tri Meet at Mt. Hebron.  If students are not going to Carlisle, then those students will be racing this Wednesday.  If athletes are going to Carlisle, then athletes will not be racing.  They will be completing a workout during the race.  I like to communicate this with you so you know that we have a different objective for the day versus racing.  Please make sure you fill out the above link so I know who racing versus running the workout.

Weekly Schedule (Weekly Workouts):

Monday:  Practice 2:30pm – 4:45pm

Tuesday:  Practice 2:30pm – 4:30pm

Wednesday:  Meet @ Mt. Hebron 4:30pm/5:00pm (arrive back to RHS around 6:30pm)  A bus will be provided

Thursday:  Practice 2:30pm – 4:30pm

Friday:  Practice 2:30pm – 4:30pm

Saturday:  Carlisle Meet (https://xctf.rhsgators.com/cross-country/meet-information/)
