First Sign Up & Weekly Reminders

We have our first meet this coming weekend.  I will publish a meet entry list on Thursday morning with a time schedule, order of events and who is running what event.  Here is a quick summary of the meet.  Our first meet is at Mount Hebron High School and will start at 2:00pm and will end approximately between 6:00pm and 7:00pm. 

  • Athletes and Families are responsible for transportation to and from the meet. 
  • All athletes must arrive 90 minutes prior to their first event
  • All athletes must depart NO LATER THAN 45 minutes after the scheduled last event.  For Example:  If the boys 4 x 400m is scheduled to start at 5:00pm, then all athletes need to be picked up NLT 5:45pm.
  • Failure to be picked up or dropped off on time could result in a loss of opportunities to compete at future meets.

  • FINAL NOTE:  If you are a senior and planning on attending the SENIOR awards, please notify COACH ROGERS asap.  We want to get you scheduled for an early event so you can leave on time. 

TUESDAY, May 4th.  If you have not gotten your uniform, you need to make sure you are at practice to get your uniform.    

TUESDAY, MAY 4th:  There will be JUMP practice for all athletes interested in Jumps:  Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump.  So plan on practice lasting a bit longer. 

Wednesday, May 5th:  Hurdle Practice
